A Little About SEO

It’s a bit of science and marketing mingled together! It’s the practice of improving where your site appears when people perform searches, and uses techniques that are both “on page (within the pages of the site) and off page (outside the pages of the site) in order to increase the traffic a site receives from the search engines. An example of an on page technique would be adding keywords to your pages, and an example of an off page technique would be exchanging links with another website. We will discuss these techniques in more depth later.

It’s very important to note with search engine optimization that pleasing your site visitor and providing a good user experience will often also lead to good results with the search engine. It is the search engine’s goal to provide the best results to Internet users – make this your goal as well!

I’ve worked in Karachi’s most reputable socks manufacturing company; which is affiliated with Walmart International and this company exports all sort of socks to United States. This company has numerous departments and different types of industrial machines for socks designing and development. I’ve worked as a computer operator in this company and I learned a lot of valuable things during my tenure in this firm like Supervisory & Merchandizing Services. My core responsibilities in this firm were;

1. Maintaining Daily Knitting Efficiency Report in Excel Worksheet.
2. Creating Daily Knitting Production Report in ERP (Oracle based software).
3. Updating/Adding B & C Quality Production, Open Fold and Hard Wastage in ERP System.
4. Updating/Adding Quality & K.C.C.A department data in ERP System.
5. Updating/Adding Open fold & Hard wastage in ERP System.
6. Maintaining Monthly Wastage Summary Report in Excel Worksheet.
7. Preparing Daily Time Sheet of Knitting Department.
8. Compiling Sheets for Conveyance Allowance & Meal Coupon of Knitting department on a daily basis.
9. Compiling Incentive summary report for employees who work on additional machines.

Maktaba Umar Farooq

I’ve worked in Maktaba Umar Farooq, an islamic bookshop. I got experience in checking accounts and billing. This shop is one of the biggest shops in Karachi, and many other shops in Karachi and across Pakistan exchange their books with them. My duties there were;

1. Computerized and manual data operating
2. Manual Billing
3. Dealing with customers
4. Accounts and Stock checking

Maktaba Al-Saeed

This was my first job. In the beginning, I was confused a little but I successfully managed my work there. This was an Islamic bookshop and all responsibilities related to bookkeeping, accounting and customers’ dealing were in my job description.

Education

My primary school life begun when I was 4 years old. The school was Bou Ali Sena. When I was in 4th class, my parents enrolled me in Madrasa for Hifz-ul-Quran (May Almighty Allah reward them with the best of rewards!). Well, I completed the whole Quran-e-Majeed in less than two years. After completing Hifz-ul-Quran, my parents enrolled me again in school. I completed my Matriculation from Gulshan Technical High School. There, I secured 1st position in all over Sindh. My parents were very happy for my great success. After Matriculation, I was enrolled in Madrasa “Jamia Farooqia” for Dars-e-Nizami (8 years course) as per my [late] mother’s wish (May Almighty Allah blessed her soul and grant her a place in Jannat-ul-Firdous). Studies were tough and rigorous. I used to visit my family once a week only. But thanks to Allah, I successfully completed Dars-e-Nizami in 2007. During Dars-e-Nizami, I completed Intermediate (Combined) from Intermediate Board of Karachi in 2005 and secured “B” Grade. After that, I enrolled in a B.A. Degree program (Islamic Studies, Arabic & Economics) at Karachi University in 2007-2008. I completed the program in 1st division.

Skills

From the beginning, I’m enthusiastic about learning new things related to computer. That’s why, I enrolled into a Computer Hardware Diploma program and successfully completed in 2005. Later on, I joined another computer institute called Orasoft and did Oracle Database 10g course.

I’m capable of handling all windows operating systems including the new windows 8.1 and 10 series efficiently. I’m also good in using Microsoft Office. I can type 45-50 words per minute in English and 35-40 words in Arabic and Urdu. Regarding my current professional field, I’m really enjoying SEO and looking forward to achieve significant reputation in my choosing career field.

Personal Life

As far as for my personal life goes, I got married in 2010 and have been blessed with a son, Muhammed Umer. He is 4.5 years old and a daughter, Jaweriya. She is 1 year old. I love them very much and I pray that as they grow up, they be successful in every field and blessed with every thing.
